Just arrived at the hotel with my family and friends (2 rooms).
Hotel is nice and room is great but the pool and hot tub are closed (staff said it has been closed for a while) but there is no mention of this on the website so beware!
Staff apologized but said there was nothing they could do. No extra discount or anything.
We are traveling with a child and the pool/hot tub was the reason we chose this hotel instead of any other.
Our second option was the La Quinta which was a few dollars more but has a swimming pool.

The hotel staff said that on the website the pool is not listed among the amenities, but on the "hotel at a glance" section the "indoor pool and hot tub" is very clearly listed.

So, I don't want to make a fuss about this issue but it's really disappointing and makes it look like the hotel is not being honest with you when they don't mention the closing of such an important feature on the website. And, after all, you pay for the full package, right?

Anyway, nice hotel overall, but the lack of transparency is very disappointing and the fact there's no effort on their side make it up to you is even more.

We checked into the hotel at 10 pm and out before 7 am, so basically it was a place to sleep. However, the hotel felt safe, was clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good (and free!), and the young man working the breakfast area was doing an excellent job. I would definitely recommend!

First, many thanks to night clerk Lee for going above and beyond to get us a room on the first floor. My Ruthie just had knee replacement surgery and the elevator was out.
Thanks to the kitchen lady who kept the place spotless. She was friendly and made sure our son ate- eventhough he was a few minutes late.
The room was clean and spacious. The tv had a huge assortment of channels. HVAC was quiet. Ao, we had a good nights sleep.
We will stay there, again.
