My wife and I have been staying here once a month for the past few months. We have enjoyed our stay each time, due to the spacious rooms, friendly staff and amenities. It's located just a few minutes from downtown, which has a wonderful variety of stores, restaurants and breweries. There are also food and coffee options within a mile of the hotel, a few of them just steps away. We have also spent some quality time at the hotel bar and are very fond of the staff there. Becka and Diane are both fantastic. They are attentive, helpful and love engaging with their customers. Overall, we'd highly recommend DoubleTree Grand Junction!

After being diverted to Grand Junction when our airplane couldn't land in Denver, we had to find a hotel room at 12:30 in the morning. DoubleTree was fantastic to work with in procuring a reservation. When we arrived at the hotel, their night clerk was efficient and friendly, knowing we were exhausted and just wanted to get to our room. Armed with water bottles and their famous warm chocolate chip cookies, we got to our room, which was very clean and the bed was wonderful. The breakfast buffet the next morning was delicious and the wait staff was welcoming and friendly. The friendly shuttle driver efficiently got us back to the airport in the morning and helped us with our luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

Chrissy the AM bistro Supervisor is fantastic! The whole hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Great stay and will be back again! The buffet could use some changes day to day both otherwise food was delicious and hot. Plenty of parking and the rooms were spacious.

Very good hotel overall. The room was clean and had a great view of the golf course and mountains. (Furniture decor is starting to look a little dated however.) Front desk staff were super nice and helpful. They asked how my stay was when I checked out--and they LISTENED to my feedback. Not all hotels do that. The low point was the hotel restaurant-bar had mediocre food, and the bartender was not friendly and was barely polite--no smile or any positive attitude displayed. (She may want to look for another job.) Don't increase the parking fee--it's high enough. To conclude, I've stayed here before. I'm a Diamond member, which means I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels. Not a perfect hotel by any means, but still good overall. However, keep working at it. Hotels at this point either improve or they start going downhill. Don't be the latter!
