Bugs- there were many many bugs in the room. The couch (was in a jr suite) had so many stains on it looked like it was taken from a dumpster. It then started to storm and rain came in the windows which made the bugs fly around more. We left after 15 mins. I then read other reviews and the bugs were an issue before our stay! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, woods, beaches, cities, etc never had that many bugs in a room. Occasionally one or two killed them no more. We had to drive an additional 2 hrs to get another room and pay more money. They did not charge us for the room.

Many thanks to Jordan at the Front Desk. I lost my phone within 5 minutes of checking in. At my time of check-in, there were a lot of people arriving for an event. Not knowing exactly who the phone belonged to, Jordan stowed it safely away until I was able to retrace my steps & make contact with him. Thank you Jordan for your excellent customer service!!

Room ok. Generally clean. Towels did have unpleasant scent. Biggest concern was common areas dated and nasty. Lobby seats stained and worn. Floors dirty. Very underwhelmed. They need to invest a little money in updating lobby and restaurant area.
