my father came to stay from Illinois, once we got there the door was unlock (and by unlocked i mean the door would not lock and and you could easily push it open and we haven't used a key card since).
i brought my dog there (a German Shepard who is very friendly) they told me i could not have him there and that i had to leave him the car in 100 degree heat, i told then that it was way to hot for me to leave him the car for that long and that i was only visiting my father. after i explained this to him the most professional manor i could he refused to listen and continued to interrupt me, then this guy got out of his car and said he was the GM (General Manager) although i didn't get his name, he sided with the front desk man and told me i had 2 choices leave my dog in the hot car or leave, once i told him that it was way to hot for me leave him in the car even with the windows rolled down he told me i could just leave and would not let me explain, he said that i was arguing and being rude and would not let me talk. so overall as far as customer service goes it was terrible.
after that we were playing games in the hotel room, a few days in (and we spent very little time in the room itself as we were out doing stuff) the maid (if they evan had one) had not been there the room was a total mess (and i get that we could clean up after ourselves but there is only some much we can do when those tiny trash cans fill up). later that night we went to use the microwave and found a moldy microwave dinner still the microwave and then a forgotten pizza in the fridge.... that is revolting,,,,
the reason we booked this hotel was because last time we were there, it WAS good customer service and nice managers and the fact there was a good pool... this time? the managers were rude the rooms were a mess and unsafe and the pool was filled with rocks.....
overall i WOULD NOT recommend this hotel at all... the staff is incredible rude and it ruins the whole experience... the rooms are a mess and the doors dont lock....
i was not only unsatisfied but pissed at the way they treated me, my dog and my family.
