Good clean rooms which is the most important thing to me. Two things to improve is the office station in my room had a plug for electronics that didn’t work. When I went to check out, I stood at front desk for 5 minutes and no clerk appeared. I called the front desk with my cell phone and spoke to someone who said they’d notify them. I then saw the clerks cell phone ring on the desk, still no clerk. Shortly thereafter, two clerks exited the back room behind the desk and promptly checked me out. There is a camera at the desk, so they probably need to look up more often if they’re in the office. It was 8:30 am so it wasn’t an odd time to check out. The breakfast is great with lots of to go options.

We needed to check in early for a wedding and they were very flexible. The room was clean and laid out very well. The breakfast choices were great.
The front desk was extremely knowledgeable about the area. All of the staff was friendly and hospitable.

Had never stayed in a Residence Inn as a Gold Elite Marriott member. Lovely public areas, pool and gym. Most efficient check in I have received in a while at a Marriott (inconsistencies between check in experiences at Marriott’s are huge). Lovely having larger space being a Residence Inn. Rooms a little bit dated but nothing terrible but carpets in room looked old and grubby. Breakfast was superior to other Marriott chains so I disagree with previous post. Lots more choice and was good to take prepacked burrito for s snack later.
Only minor negatives were at check in, breakfast was never mentioned to us so we called later to see if actually included and found it was. Also did not like tip envelope/flyer by the bed (see photo). Never seen this at any other Marriott properties and find it offensive to be honest.
