This is the second time we have rented this apartment and it was once again perfect for us. Staff at Summit were most helpful as always. We will be back next year.
I have stayed at the condo with family (including 6 year old child) over the New Years. Condo was as shown in pictures and quite spacious. Fireplace worked great and the kitchen had everything needed for few days stay. There is free wi-fi and cable television in both living room and bedroom. There is a grocery store about 3 min driving from the unit which was the size and quality of Kroger. The location was very convenient, the shuttle stop is right outside the building. Since the shuttle goes through village of Breckenridge to pick up other skiers, it takes about 15 min to get to Peak 9. You can also walk to the same lifts (I believe it is about 4 blocks) although we never took that route having a small child. We had a small issue of condo being very cold (56F) the night we have arrived (it was -9F outside) so it made for uncomfortable night but the management was extremelly helpful and accomodating in responding first thing in the morning and providing space heaters. There is a free ski "closet" right next to the unit to keep the equipment overnight which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Two small issues. The key anf lock were very difficult on door. It took us a while to get in the first time. Mainly the top lock. Second maybe there is a better way to do late check ins. We arrived around midnight while it was snowing and very cold and the combo lock was difficult to get right. Of course I am from Arizona and my hands were probably colder than most:). Just some suggestions. Overall a great experience! Thanks
