This review is specifically for the new hotel at the resort. The architecture is excellent. The finishes are exquisite. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The bathroom is large. The showers are great. The facility is high-tech. It is a Las Vegas quality facility. My only complaint is the inability to adjust the temperature. The thermostat does not allow the room guests to adjust the temperature. It was a hot few days and the temperature was fixed at 75F. We were not comfortable. That took away from what would have otherwise been an excellent experience.

Spent one night there last week and very much enjoyed the hotel. Room was very spacious with all amenities necessary for a great stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom very large with double vanities. Definitely a great place to stay at a great price.

We stayed a single night at this location and due to the short trip did not use many of the services. That withstanding, the room was great, (New Tower) and the customer service was also fantastic.

When checking in you will have a choice of two towers. One the older tower is near to the casino the other which is the new tower is a little more of a walk. This walk is not far at all maybe an extra 100 yards.

The room as a Keurig Coffee maker and the coffee is free. This is a nice touch. Another plus was that the towel were incredibly soft and thick.

Being New there are plenty of usb connections built into the wall on each side of the bed and what would be the desk area. This is a nice touch for the newer built hotels.

Nice Resort - but resort and main pool area closed and are under construction. They don't tell you about construction and pool when you make your reservation but make you sign a waiver at check-in. We arrived at 3:30 pm to check in. I had reserved a suite for our wedding anniversary. Room was not ready. We waited over 3 hours for a clean room. We could not get ready on time for our dinner reservations and ended up going to buffet. Ruined are anniversary plans. The staff would not upgrade us to another room or accommodate us in any way. We couldn't do anything but wait in the lobby for over 3 hours. We tried to waste time getting drinks and gambled a little but that was costing more than the room itself. When we did get the room it was very nice, comfortable beds and great amenities.

We asked the concierge about wine tasting ideas and she had no clue. How do you not know which are the more popular and/ or beautiful vineyard in your own backyard? I simply googled and used Uber to plan a trip to the wine country for the day, that was the highlight of our stay.

Just returned from the Pechanga hotel and casino. We stayed in the brand new tower. The rooms and facilities were fantastic. Would definitely request the new tower again, restrooms, shower beds all very very nice.
The only drawback is quite a walk from the casino. I personally like being a little distance between me and the casino in between gambling runs.
Vallette is free as well an additional courtesy that is much appreciated!
