This a hotel not worth the Hyatt name. There is nothing great about this hotel. It is miss managed even though the attendants at the desk are relatively courteous. I have been waiting for over a week for a phone call from the manager concerning my issues.

First Visit at Sonoma Hyatt was not as good I anticipated.
My room was not ready when I arrived 4:00pm. The room had only two towels for a four person room. The request for additional towels required three calls.

Visited for a wedding and the staff was very nice but the condition of the hotel was just OK for the kind of pricing they have. Had construction going on, hopefully they are making improvements rather than repairs. Good location to the downtown area.

While we're glad you appreciated our friendly service, we regret you weren't entirely satisfied with the condition of our hotel. We are in fact renovating our hotel for future improvement. We had a wonderful stay here for a wedding in the area. The hotel was clean, comfortable and inviting. The service was friendly and welcoming. Overall a great experience, if we were ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here!

Nice and clean hotel with superb service. Very modern inside. Plus really close to downtown Santa Rosa as well as 101. Plus the main wineries aren't too far away. Great location if your traveling along 101 or planning a quick trip to wine country.
