VERY nice hotel right in the middle of downtown Paso Robles. We arrived on Halloween and the entire downtown square was blocked off and full of kids trick or treating - it was spectacular.

The hotel is spread out and the rooms aren't the easiest to locate - but they form a circle around some beautifully landscaped grounds - ponds, bridges, walkways wind throughout the facility. Places to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The rooms we spacious and well appointed. Clean - Quiet. Staff was fantastic - both registration and restaurant staff. Menu offered wide choice at reasonable pricing. It was nice checking in at 6pm, unpacking and NOT having to go out and find a place to eat.

Slept like a baby..... I WILL be back.

We spent a couple of nights at the Paso Robles Inn. It is right across the street from the downtown square with many shops and restaurants. It is an older Inn and we found the grounds and room were kept up very nicely. Our room was comfortable and a bonus was our bathroom had two sinks! We were on the second floor and the balcony was really too narrow and small to be of any use; however, they have a nice central garden area with lounge furniture to relax in. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. It is a good choice when staying in Paso Robles.

This place has a great location but has fallen into such disrepair that we may not return unless a major renovation takes place. The carpets were filthy, the furniture scarred and the dated decor did nothing to alleviate what is now a very sad looking property. We are so sorry to see such a sweet landmark go so far downhill.
