Arrived on Friday for a two night stay. Told at check in that they overbooked and I was bumped out of my Saturday night stay and of course that this never happens. I was then told I would have a room at their partner hotel Hampton Suites across the way. They called and there were no rooms available. I finally ended up having to book my second night on my own. Luckily I found availability at Oxford Suites which was a WAY better hotel with a shuttle to downtown Paso. I was also given the number to call the manager who was not on site. He NEVER called me back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. On top of that there were ants in my room. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Very poorly run. Thank you Oxford Suites!
