Wonderful adventure for breakfast! The bakery was pretty sold out by 10am, and just about everything left had chocolate in it. Even the banana bread. If chocolate isn’t your choice or allergic, you’re out of luck. The coffee was good, but the grounds surrounding this cafe are its saving Grace! Edible gardens, wonderful beds of flowers and orchards were magnificent. Clean restrooms also!

We tried the avocado toast which looked delicious, but it lacked any depth of flavor which was surprising given the description. That being said the bakery items looked wonderful and the place was packed, so we must of tried the wrong item. We did enjoy the blueberry mimosa which was recommended.

Line up, look at all the sweet stuff and couple prepared sandwiches, order and find spot in courtyard or inside. Nice looking and tasty avocado toast and tuna melt. Not real large so their banana chocolate bread was a great finish.

We are here twice and were delightfully surprised the first time with the fabulous patio open to a beautiful flower filled garden surrounded by historic buildings. What a great setting!

Loved everything we ate and wished we had more time to try more! Enjoyed the Rueben croissant, quiche, blueberry strudel, banana hazelnut torte, hazelnut apricot mousse, chocolate cake.

Do not miss this delightful bakery / cafe. Very good coffee but the bakery absolutely shines. Excellent displays surpassed by their flavor. We had a croissant, choc croissant and a choc chip coffee. The croissant was SO buttery - too 3 I’ve ever had - beats many/most I’ve had in Paris. Given this delightful surprise decided to take to-gos for lunch. Ruben croissant and prosciutto/arugula sandwich. Divine. Service was helpful and courteous. Top that off with an amazing Mission garden (from 1800-something) starting to bloom and it’s a piece of heaven. Enjoy!
