We ordered a room with runway view and they gave us a room with which they said is runway view classified but when we looked out the window we did not have any view at all and the toilet seat was beyond damaged and dirty. I will not sleep here ever again! They ruined my experience!!!!!

The Airport Hilton works well. I’ve been here several times. It’s consistent and reliable within a high quality spectrum.
My recent visit was accentuated by assistance of the concierge, Zachary, who arranged my local transport, the gifts for my associates and finally, an easy transition for me to return overseas with use of the Hotels facilities.
No doubt, I’ll continue to return.
Beautiful hotel, good food, polite and helpful staff especially Paolo O. at front desk who worked her magic to straighten out my reservation for three family rooms. Also appreciate the convenient airport shuttle service from hotel. Driver took care of all our luggage for earliest flight.
It was clean. Service was excellent. Stay was amazing. Everyone was helpful! The shuttle to the airport was easy to access. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The ambiance was great. The hotel was not only easy to access the airport but for shopping and restraints as well. The pool was one of our favorite places in the hotel. We loved swimming and tanning and just hanging out there. We also loved that someone regularly texted with us to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. A great place to stay!!
We had a lovely stay. Kirstin, who checked us in, was so kind and gave us free breakfast vouchers since we had an early flight. We felt extremely welcome. The airport shuttles were also very timely and run 24 hours/day. Perfect for travelers. We would stay again!
