The Parking Is Horrible! The Bed Smelled Like They Didn’t Change The Sheets! The Phone Didn’t Work! It Was Noisy! And I Checked Out Early & Was Still Charged For 3 Days! I Was VERY DISAPPOINTED! And Will Not Be Staying Here Again!
Worst place ever !!! I waited for my room and it was very dusty . I called more than 7 times requesting water and room service, I was on the line for over 30 min. Front desk told me I have to paid for the bottle of the water. And they said maybe can sent me someone to clean my room. They don’t even offer another room. This was at 9pm .the Housekeeping at night was very nice but I request them to clean my room next day and of course Nobody came ! I paid a lot money for only 3 nights because I thought it will be an amazing hotel and it was a gift for my daughter. I will NEVER come back!!!
Customer service worst and the worst room cleaning and very expensive car parking. I don’t want to stay next time this hotel because of this and customer service is not good for my family the treatment is not good.
Nice lobby, dated rooms. The bed has seen much better days and needed to be replaced. The parking rates are exorbitant ($40 per night) and it’s hard to find a parking place if arriving late. I got a salad and piece of cheesecake from the Bistro which were ok. There are much better options near the airport.
My wife and I flew cross country and decided to stay here for the night so that we would be close to the airport for our flight the next morning. We weren’t looking for anything fancy, we just wanted a clean and comfortable place to sleep and we definitely didn’t find that here.
When we got into our first room the bathroom was not clean the sink was disgusting and the bottoms of the pillows on the bed were black (see attached pictures). I called and asked to be moved to another room.
The hotel switched us to another room and it was a little cleaner, but still EXTREMELY disappointing. We would have checked out and went to another hotel, but we were exhausted from traveling, it was late and we had an early flight the next morning.
In the second room, there was a hole in the sheets, something gooey with hair stuck to the comforter (see attached photos) and men’s body wash still on the walls in the shower (which were wallpaper). The toilet paper roll holder was broken and falling off the wall, the pillows were so soft they were impossible to sleep on and the beds were hard as rocks.
We originally had reservations to stay at the same hotel on our way back from our vacation, but we canceled the reservation and stayed at the H Hotel right down the road, which was much nicer!
EXTREMELY disappointed with this Hilton Hotel, especially for the price!
