The hotel old, sort of outdated and seems on its way downhill.....the only 2 positive things were the views from the room and the breakfast. ....
the staff at the reception were surly and almost incapable of even a pretense of a smile or courtesy or friendliness..... it was like they were doing you a favour by even looking at you or speaking.... especially Sakura..... but all were the same....the manager Cassam? was not efficient or friendly..... didnt know where events or rooms were and seemed incapable of finding out.
the many services or restaurants or shops were shuttered and altogether it seemed rundown with old crummy carpewts in the hallways/corridors....
the servers at breakfast ran around, rather bad-tempered or overworked/underpaid/disgruntled....everything in this hotel declared.....RUNDOWN, Poor management.... it desperately needs new management and new staff with proper training
