Loved our wonderful room, super neat (I’m kinda tall- AND I FIT IN THE BATH TUB!) Definitely will be returning. Our staff was super helpful too, from the front desk- to Augie Luna, who brought up our bags AND helped with parking. Five stars!

I am very happy to recommend this hotel. Staff helpful , friendly and courteous. Great location to explore Downtown. Room was clean, quiet and pleasant. Bed very comfortable: slept well on both nights of our stay.

The room and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It is close by to several places to eat. The staff, from the doorman to the front desk, was quite nice. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Excellent downtown location, very helpful and courteous staff, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of the bathroom features were a little dated. For example, no magnifying mirror to check a close shave, and the shower only had the overhead show head—a practical choice for downtown LA.

For my Birthday weekend of 2/23 I decided to spend and turn up in a luxurious pent house suit in the grand. Upon walking in my room, it was already decoraded with ballons and Champaign! I was so excited and happy. This particular staff member named Michelle S. Because of her impecable customer service skills, she allowed my friends to enter my room before hand and decorate for me! She even went out of her way to write me a personalized birthday note and had it delivered to my room on the day itself! I really enjoyed my stay and the staff. If you want a chic hotel with great lighting for swaggy photos have a stay at The Grand Hotel. And do not forget to request for Michelle!
