My room wasn't smelling good and we tried to contact the service, they left us on the line waiting. Our check out was supossed to be 12 pm. At 11am, the service started knocking our door constantly and we couldn't barely take our time to leave.

I arrived early to the hotel and Renzo at the front desk was very helpful at checkin. He was also great with various tips for my stay. Nice to see Old World hospitality is alive and well in downtown LA. Kudos Renzo!

Visited the L.A Grand Hotel on 12th Feb 2020, for one night, then travelling on a cruise from LA to Hawaii. Our stay was excellent from friendly checkin, to very comfortable rooms. Also food very good in restaurant. A special thank you to Malik Lawrence, who took our bags, and showed us to our room

I had a great experience here. Very nice decorations, clean everywhere. The bar has excellent service and the food was great. Close to everything downtown. Two thumbs up. I’ll be back in the future for sure.
