I had a great experience here. Very nice decorations, clean everywhere. The bar has excellent service and the food was great. Close to everything downtown. Two thumbs up. I’ll be back in the future for sure.

This is my third time staying here and everything was perfect .. Michelle at the front desk made sure I was good the whole time and made sure i has everything I needed for my stay . Will b back ! - tyler L

We were in LA as a family. The room we had was the king bed suit, good space for our family size & nice room. Hotel is very convenient to the museums & universal studio.
Food in the hotel’s restaurant is expensive.
Very helpful staff

Thank you for the review and comments about the size of our Junior Suites! We have 78 suites at our hotel varying in sizes for all family sizes including the family dog if you have one!

Good location, not much "walking distance" but quick uber ride anywhere. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Lobby looked upgraded wish the rooms reflected that (just feel like they were a little older looking)

Nice hotel, location and staff. I would stay again on my next visit. The cons are that the pillows in the room are not comfortable, they were on the firm side.....need down pillows, please. Also, the hotel food was average, however, most hotel food is average, so my expectations were not high when I ordered room service for breakfast.

Nice review, thank you! We are in the process of looking at softer down pillows now, we understand not everyone likes medium firm pillows so my hope is next time you stay with us we'll have other options for you.

The lobby and bar areas of this hotel are very nice and modern. However, the guest rooms are not always fully cleaned. The rooms are only minimally cleaned. The shower and sink and floors needed to be cleaned better. The coffee area was previously used and untidy.
