I came to this place alone with one objective and that is to learn snowboard. I have never touched a snowboard before and after 2 days, I can snowboard down the slope. Special thanks to my private instructor, Michael. He was so patient and encouraging, I couldn’t have done it without you 🙏 All the other teachers I had were all very good. I couldn’t be happier, I felt so welcome. There were always food, drinks and entertainment. Even traveling alone, I never felt lonely nor alone!
I want to give my special thanks to Chris, the bartender, he makes very good cocktails and so friendly, after a day of ski/ snowboard, I always look forward to go to the bar area for shows and drinks. Eddie was great too, he is always smiling and so full of energy.
Need to specially mentioned the housecleaning team. The place is so clean. Also the ski pro shop, those rental equipments are so clean and the staff especially Alan are so friendly.
Also I had no expectations with their food, i thought .. what can you expect from buffets. But surprisingly, the food is sooo nice, every night have different chef’s specials.. I’m so full all the time.
Receptionist were very friendly and helpful.
All the staff are so well trained, friendly, professional, helpful and the biggest difference compared to even 5 stars hotel is, you can feel the staff here all love their job and they are sincere about making their guests to have the best time.
Excellent place, excellent staff, excellent experience. I am already telling all my friends how good this place is.
