This winery has it all.
Courteous greeter, bocce ball courts, comfortable seating under the shade of beautiful redwood trees, and wines that are top rated. I am a huge fan of Zinfandel, and know one makes one better than Seghesio.
We did a Private tasting in the cellar with old redwood barrels surrounding us. Very comfortable seating, light snacks and a perfect flight of robes to compliment them was served. Our host was knowledgeable and very friendly
I give this winery the highest rating of wineries in the Dry Creek Valley.

I LOVE Seghesio winery. I have been coming here for about 10 years and it never disappoints. There is not a wine I don't like. Customer service is always top notch!

Gary was most informative, and the wines we got to sample were great! We tried wines we had not had before that we can't get in Canada. We had a hard time choosing what limited wine to buy to bring back. The food bites were creative and tasty. We would definitely recommend this tour!

This was our 3rd visit. And it was the best. We've had this winery near the top of our list for more 13 yrs. -- including many of those while we lived in New England. We were fortunate enough to have a NE visitor that insisted we hit Seghesio First, during our initial Healdsburg visit. Well that visit set the stage and was excellent.

This last visit could have been 'less' pleasant. They had a bunch of visitors when we showed up 15 mins/ before closing. Once we forced our way into the tasting realm, it was about 10 mins left. Instead of feeling 'rushed', we got full attention from our pourer. She was good! Long story short, we AND our guest, each picked up 3 bottles a piece. And we didn't get out of there until almost an hour after closing. Why so long? We were unaware of their chef pairing dinners, one of which was starting shortly after we concluded our transactions. Yes, the menu made us stop and discuss something that was certainly not in our original plans. No, we didn't stay. Our 'driver' (wife) had a 1.25 hr journey ahead.

If you are considering a Healdsburg visit, you should strongly consider Seghesio as one of your 'MUST' visits.

Cheers!
