This home is well amenitied. It’s private. The management group is responsive. It’s a lovely home w a great kitchen and beautiful views. All four rooms are sufficient to accommodate comfortably four couples, although queen beds are the solo limitation. Healdsburg is fantastic and it’s a 10$ Uber ride. Can’t go wrong with this home.
Seven long-time friends from four states met at the SF airport and started our vacation with lunch in Sausilito, a hike at Muir Woods, a stop at the local and well stocked market, Big Johns, and ended the day at Cecelia's Vineyards. The bedrooms gave us nothing to fight over since they were all comfy and unique. The common areas were spacious and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We did all our breakfasts and dinners at the villa. Being only about five minutes from the main roads, we were easily able to visit Sonoma, Napa, Bodega Bay and Glen Ellen as day trips.
Being so close to Healdsburg, we were able to run out to the store for the forgotten tomatos or milk while others cooked and we enjoyed an afternoon poking in the fun shops.
The hot tub fit all of us but early March was just a bit too chilly to enjoy the rest of the outdoor spaces--except for the views of the vineyards with not a house in sight!
We had a group of 6 and everyone was very pleased with our stay. The location is away from downtown, so it's a good place to stay if you want total, complete privacy and a relaxing place to unwind. The grounds are well maintained, the house as well, and all the amenities you need are included. Adding to all that was the outstanding service we received before and during our stay- they took care of us perfectly!
We loved our vacation in this luxury Tuscan villa. We chose this property for two reasons: we had three couples travelling and wanted three bedrooms/bathrooms that were comparable and we wanted to be close to Healdsburg. This property was perfect in both cases. It has a beautiful open floor plan, a view onto an olive grove and a vineyard, and patios all around the house. We took every opportunity to dine on the deck which overlooks the olive grove and on some mornings, enjoyed a hot tub and the view. There's an extensive library as well as a media room and the indoor dining table seats 8 comfortably. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to the area.

I spent a week at the villa with my husband and two teenage girls. The house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room. The girls stayed on the upper level and we stayed downstairs. The house is stocked with everything you need as if you are in a hotel. The kitchen has everything. Even a blender for smoothies. The house also has all the food staples such as olive oil, sea salt, ketchup, etc. The property manager made herself very accessible, and handled any and all inquiries. There is a health club with an outdoor swimming pool nearby in town which you can access with a reasonably price day pass. My husband and I used it almost everyday. The view from the house's back patio (which runs the full length of the house) has breathtaking views of a vineyard and the hills. We sat and watched the sun set on several evenings. As nice as the house is, we spent lots of time exploring. The town of Healdsburg is very charming with lots of local shops and excellent restaurants. Everyone was very friendly. We didn't spend much time at wineries since we had kids with us, but there are plenty in the area. Bike rentals are also nearby. We really had a wonderful, relaxing week. Almost forgot. There is a entertainment room, with a big screen for movies and blackout shades, that my kids loved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at this lovely home.
