What a location! Great views all around!
This is a family-owner winery that started out as a prune farm and was the first winery to plant wine grapes in Alexander Valley. Although it sells most of its grapes to other vintners, it makes some of its own wines and they are sensational! We had a tasting al fresco that was accompanied by cheese/meat parings with the wine. Truly special and higlhy recommended.

The new winery is beautiful and the wine is good. Service wasn’t as good as we received at our other stops, but we did enjoy our time on the patio.

Went for a tasting, first time there and loved our experience. Scott our host was nice and informative about the wines and the Robert Young family story. If you are in the area I would recommend you stop in for a visit, you will have no regrets you did,

Great tasting at Robert Young. Really good wines in a one of a of a kind setting on the patio overlooking the valley with views that descriptions and pictures don’t do justice. Staff is friendly and the tasting straightforward and to the point.
