Main reason for this trip was a 2 day visit to LegoLand. Hilton Grand Vacation at MarBrisa not only is in a great location, but have an exclusive back entrance into LegoLand. Amenities were a bonus... heated pools, gym, golf and more

Very nice resort within walking distance to Lego Land!! Lighting in the kitchen was very poor. You may also need to ask housekeeping to supply mixing bowls. Pool and hot tubs were very nice and the pool had a nice snack shack that served good food and drinks.

we were charged $22 per vehicle per day to park. The resort is not located downtown where parking is limited. There was plenty of parking space on the resort grounds. Alsp we did not get into our room until after 5:00. This was well past the stated checkin time.

Thank you for your recent visit to our resort. We regret that your stay was not more enjoyable and we do appreciate your candid feedback. Our nightly parking charge, which is consistent with other hotels/resorts in Carlsbad, helps defray expenses associated with maintaining the parking lots around campus. While rooms and suites are sometimes not available until the late afternoon, we do invite guests to use our resort pools, recreation areas, and activity centers until they are cleaned and released. Our goal is to try and have every room ready when guests arrive and we apologize for failing to do so in your case. Thank you again for sharing and we'll strive to improve in the future.

The units and grounds are beautiful! Staff are all AWESOME!! Staff everywhere ready and willing to help you. Plenty of activities, live music and entertainment. The pool grounds are beautiful!!! Cabañas and hammocks are clean and great for relaxation. Perfect for families!

I checked in and was concerned about the location of my Suite. Megan, the General Manager, came and assured me that She had herself assigned me the Best available Suite and explained me the amenities of the Resort. She also said that if I needed any assistance to let her know immediately. I was truly impressed by her concern for the Guests and their needs. She is the best General Manager I have met.
