From picking us up the moment the six of us landed in Sofia till sending off, we had the most wonderful time. This family management took care of us and made sure we had a stress free holiday. Magdalena, Nick and Dimitri were very obliging and provided the short shuttle rides to the Gongola Station whenever we needed. The apartment was spacious, clean and the cleaner made sure the rubbish and fresh toiletries were provided daily. Forgot to mention Nick presented us with a bottle of his proud home brewed red wine. As some of us were beginners at skiing, the long long Piste 1 was ideal taking us from the top of the Gondola down to the base. In fact we must have skied this slope at least 30 times. We would definitely come back again and to this Hotel without any hesitation. This apartment made us feel at home and at ease. The warmth management was professional and attentive. Thanks Magi,Nick,Dimitri and the rest of the staff.

My family and I arrived too early for breakfast at the neighbouring Irish Harp. The owner kindly invited my family too wait inside the lobby out of the cold. This was such a kind gesture as we had a small 2 year old and 7 year old. Whilst waiting we were offered to taste his wine and the children were offered sweets.
The overall impression of this accommodation was its cleanliness, inviting and very friendly.

Very good service, superb friendly stuff with full of good suggestions.

We spent there 8 night and we are very satisfied had a brilliant time.

Nice futures like fire place I would recommend to use it.

Personally would recommend to everyone.

I stayed here in January with my wife. And enjoyed this quit place.


Nice, quite and clean
Cleaning every day
Everything needed for cooking
Hot water, good wi-fi
Personel always ready to help


Little bit dark in rooms. Not enough light for reading. However you can ask for additional lamps on reception

Aprox one killometer from skii lift. The way goes through road with cars. Takes time. Buses from hotel to lift cost some money

Yeah, there are soome minuses, but considering that is's simple two-three star hotel, I rate it 5 stars!

Our family of three people stayed on the first floor in an apartment. On the second evening we came from the restaurant and found our things all in a mess!! We were robbed!!! Everything was upside down, even underwear and toothbrushes!! The window was cracked... ( no cameras, no light, no protection on the window )Thanx god we had put our passports and ipad into the safe! Though the robbers took a leather bag with two credit cards , our travel insurances( we had a problem then:i have injured my arm during skiing, and couldn't get medical help using my insurance) three pairs of glasses, home keys and a pack of discount cards. Finally came the police, looked at all this and in the end asked us to sign a paper, that we have no claims to the hotel... We signed it because of a confuse and nervousness. They gave us another rooms, asking to take our bed linen with us ( "great" service). The last day we asked for a compensation or a discount, but received only negative reaction instead of at least apologies ! They said it was not their fault and that we could go to a more expensive and secure hotel,if we had not liked their service... We really wanted to do that !!!but as we lost our credit cards and had to block them, we had only cash left... which wasn't enough!!! And the bank account recovery couldn't be done so quickly.
Now speaking about the comfort: dirty towels and bed linen(all of them!),trash on the floor, broken kettle, very uncomfortable sofa for a third person( he had a really bad sleep), broken shower and awful smell, no wi fi on the second floor, poorly organized kitchen!
This was a very unpleasant stay... Please do not make our mistakes, always be on the alert and better don't choose " Mountain view Lodge"( by the way there is no mountain view there...)
