We had dinner with friends at the restaurant and it was an excellent choice. It's rare to have all the food with the right equilibrium of flavors! not loaded with too much oil or cream and presented creatively on the plate.
We had, as appetizer, a souffle with a tested cheese cream, vegetable patty with cream sauce, a typical monferrato salame and a delicious beef tartare .
The first course was a three portions of tagliatelle with cacao and goat cheese, tagliolini with mandarine zest and gnocchi of beets with gorgonzola.
The desserts were amazing! we tasted five kinds of delicious creations...
For sure we will come back !
