We enjoyed a lovely lunch in the rooftop bar. We had attentive and knowledgeable service from NJ. The salt and pepper squid and the Wakanui beef dumplings were divine, and their wine and beer list is always good. The Bailey's Creme Brulee (new to the menu) was a fantastic way to finish. Yum!

8 of us shared the $35.00 each banquet mid week, last week, we all enjoyed it greatly, in fact took some home in doggie bags, very generous portions, excellent choices of Tappas, we will certainly go again

If you want a change from the usual Wellington restaurants come out here an try fine dining in Petone. Good slightly sophisticated food and a nice selection of beers on tap . I should come more often.

Don't tell everyone about this place but it's rather good, in fact great. Nice selection on the menu from fish, pork, taco's and thick cut chips. Reasonably priced and worth the visit.

We took 4 Japanese Colleagues here for dinner. We chose the smaller of the 2 Banquet meals for $35 a head. While we were waiting we ordered 2 different craft beers, a glass of wine and some soft drinks. They arrived very quickly. The dinner then started arriving. The 1st 2 dishes were flatbreads and salt & pepper squid, which disappeared very quickly. We then progressed to the duck liver pate, bluenose fritters and beef dumplings. These were all very nice, but the pate was outstanding! Unfortunately, we ran out of the rye bread, but an additional order was quickly supplied, which only cost another $5.We progressed to the pulled pork tacos and then finished with a trio of dishes which included a dish of Brussels sprouts with candied bacon and walnuts and Israeli couscous. Even the younger, more hungry, members of the party had more than enough to eat.
