WARNING - DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
Dirty rooms, mouse droppings & ants. Toilets hadn't been cleaned properly. Reception closed early & started late & really didn't want to know about our issues. we ordered 5 x 2 bedroom units & got 4 x 2 bedroom units & 2 studios. Room were spread throughout the whole site. Laundry looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Noisy neighbours & some very dodgy looking people hanging around. Refused to even consider a refund. Ended up doing cleaning ourselves. Half of the electrical appliances were broken or had bits broken off them.

Do NOT stay here!
There were mice in the beds and cockroaches in the room!
The owner got violent when asking for our money back and starting threatening both us and the other guests.
We got scared and left and the 4 of us had to spend the whole night in the car in 7 degrees cold.
The hotel has NOT payed back our money.

Don’t stay here! Says it’s a executive hotel when all it is a half way house for people trying to find houses!!! I wanted a secure hotel got told it was a secure safe hotel and as soon as I got there was approached by 4 locals living there! Definitely didn’t feel safe leaving a brand new bike outside! Place was filthy room wasn’t even cleaned when I arrived well after check in time got told I could put my bags inside and return later.. went to put my bags inside there was Cody alcohol cans all over the room rubbish everywhere & it smelt terrible, after 7 hours of solid ryding I got back on my bike and rode to levin to another hotel that actually felt safe!!! This hotel should state there basically a massive state house full of people waiting for housing... definitely not safe definitely not executive and definitely not clean! The managers were ignorant and didn’t care wether my bike was secure even tho they told me it was a safe executive hotel! Place should be shut down!!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone but health and safety!!!
