Don’t stay here! Says it’s a executive hotel when all it is a half way house for people trying to find houses!!! I wanted a secure hotel got told it was a secure safe hotel and as soon as I got there was approached by 4 locals living there! Definitely didn’t feel safe leaving a brand new bike outside! Place was filthy room wasn’t even cleaned when I arrived well after check in time got told I could put my bags inside and return later.. went to put my bags inside there was Cody alcohol cans all over the room rubbish everywhere & it smelt terrible, after 7 hours of solid ryding I got back on my bike and rode to levin to another hotel that actually felt safe!!! This hotel should state there basically a massive state house full of people waiting for housing... definitely not safe definitely not executive and definitely not clean! The managers were ignorant and didn’t care wether my bike was secure even tho they told me it was a safe executive hotel! Place should be shut down!!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone but health and safety!!!

I had to stay here as I had booked another motel but for the wrong night. I wasn't expecting a great deal but I was pleased that the room was comfortable, the TV had heaps of channels and everything was clean. It is also close to my work so it was well positioned. I was going to pre order a full breakfast for the next morning but they were out of sausages and also bacon so not much of a full breakfast so I passed on that. That would be my only complaint.

My family arrived at approx 8pm on day of arrival , middle of winter and all windows were left wide open meaning it was freezing inside (our arrival was expected not last minute booking). We closed it all up and went to have a shower only to find the bathroom stunk of Sewerage. The electric blanket (which I had to find the cords to plug in as they were tucked right in between the mattress and base) had exposed wires. Approached reception about our issues , they couldn’t move us to a room that could fit our family and couldn’t remedy the smell (although he did come back to spray some air freshener and offered to clean the toilet but I doubt this issue was new nor did it resolve issue). To top it off we got charged 3 times to our credit card (for the same stay) and had to get the refund over two days because of a refund limitation... I’m also dissapointed that when we checked out after the first night they wouldn’t refund us for the further night we were meant to stay (but didn’t because of above issues). The rooms are way overpriced for what we got.
