I had to stay here as I had booked another motel but for the wrong night. I wasn't expecting a great deal but I was pleased that the room was comfortable, the TV had heaps of channels and everything was clean. It is also close to my work so it was well positioned. I was going to pre order a full breakfast for the next morning but they were out of sausages and also bacon so not much of a full breakfast so I passed on that. That would be my only complaint.

My family arrived at approx 8pm on day of arrival , middle of winter and all windows were left wide open meaning it was freezing inside (our arrival was expected not last minute booking). We closed it all up and went to have a shower only to find the bathroom stunk of Sewerage. The electric blanket (which I had to find the cords to plug in as they were tucked right in between the mattress and base) had exposed wires. Approached reception about our issues , they couldn’t move us to a room that could fit our family and couldn’t remedy the smell (although he did come back to spray some air freshener and offered to clean the toilet but I doubt this issue was new nor did it resolve issue). To top it off we got charged 3 times to our credit card (for the same stay) and had to get the refund over two days because of a refund limitation... I’m also dissapointed that when we checked out after the first night they wouldn’t refund us for the further night we were meant to stay (but didn’t because of above issues). The rooms are way overpriced for what we got.

Would not recommend this to anyone. On arrival we found blood on the walls, cockroaches in the heat pumps, our TV wasn’t connected and the manager had NO idea how to fix it, lightbulbs missing, empty bottles and condom under a bed, cockroaches in the fridge seals. On departure my son left his toilet bag in the bathroom drawer. I contacted them to request it being sent back to us and they said the cleaners said there was nothing left behind....someone got a good bottle of perfume!!! Was WAY over priced.
