My family arrived at approx 8pm on day of arrival , middle of winter and all windows were left wide open meaning it was freezing inside (our arrival was expected not last minute booking). We closed it all up and went to have a shower only to find the bathroom stunk of Sewerage. The electric blanket (which I had to find the cords to plug in as they were tucked right in between the mattress and base) had exposed wires. Approached reception about our issues , they couldn’t move us to a room that could fit our family and couldn’t remedy the smell (although he did come back to spray some air freshener and offered to clean the toilet but I doubt this issue was new nor did it resolve issue). To top it off we got charged 3 times to our credit card (for the same stay) and had to get the refund over two days because of a refund limitation... I’m also dissapointed that when we checked out after the first night they wouldn’t refund us for the further night we were meant to stay (but didn’t because of above issues). The rooms are way overpriced for what we got.
