For £32 per night we can't moan! We've been advised to check-in @4pm. However we've been let to check-in at 2.
Place itself was clean and cosy.
Very vintage... We had room no 6 which was on top floor with absolutely stunning view on sea!
For 1 night it was just right.

Really lovely place to stay, it felt so comfortable. Indeed the room and bathroom in room 2 were bigger and more comfy than our small flat at home. Considering we only decided on Sunday to take advantage of the sun and go and stay at the beach, I am really impressed that I managed to find such a delightful place to stay. I'm also really impressed at the amount of facilities offered in the room considering I was only looking at B&Bs in the lower end of the price range. I feel like I hit the jack pot here. The staff were pleasant and friendly too.

Room Tip: All rooms are upstairs

I stayed at the bed and breakfast for 3 nights this past weekend and it was great. The place wasnt just good because it was cheap to stay, it was good full stop. The hosts were lovely and made a great breakfast, the rooms were locked but the building stayed open so you could come and go as you pleased and there was everything you'd want including a TV, a decent shower and daily cleaners which stocked up the hot chocolate and biscuits! I'll definitely be coming back with the other half in the summer!

stayed in October for a couple of nights and never again,m think we picked the worse of the bunch, cannot believe that the other reviews are so good, was ours the only room that was so bad? i doubt it, the bed was so uncomfortable it was unreal and the owners were not that friendly. Breakfast was bland & cheaply made. will pass next time!

I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay.
This room has a "vintage" bathroom i.e. avocado. We have kept it that way as some people actually request this room. The bathroom is separate to the room but on a private corridor. The room itself has been upgraded recently, i.e. new furniture and curtains. We've not had any complaints about the bed before and is not very old. It does have a firm mattress, which is not to everyone's liking. The window is a modern double glazed window which opens easily. If the room was musty smelling, the window could have been opened.

Breakfast is not cheaply made. We use catering bacon, not supermarket bacon. We use commercial award winning Langfords sausages which are very popular, tasty and consistent in size. We use fresh tomatoes rather than tinned tomatoes and fresh flat mushrooms because they have more flavour.
