Stayed at the townhouse in a very nice room on the ground floor that had a separate bathroom, bedroom and sitting room. The place is nicely decorated with a lovely shower. The living room had a stained floor which is nice but assume they also had this above us as it was quite noisy. There was no actual breakfast but a breakfast basket. We had dinner at the Hix restaurant which was lovely (you get a free cocktail if you are staying in the hotel) - not sure if you can have a cooked breakfast there? The hotel is centrally located so convenient for the high street and the beach

My husband and I spent a night here and it was really nice. We stayed in the Donovan room, on the top floor. This room is beautiful and has wonderful views. Lyme Regis is stunning with so many places to explore.
The rooms are well equipped and extremely comfortable. There is a coffee machine, your own fridge, access to a shared kitchen with toast making facilities and more supplies for hot drinks.
Breakfast is delivered to your room in a hamper around 8am and was delicious!
The townhouse is in the centre of Lyme Regis, near to the shops and restaurants etc. It isn’t the quietest place but you wouldn’t expect a city centre location to be silent. It was so convenient for exploring the town, and there is an amazing little pizza place a couple of doors down which I recommend.
The staff were lovely and we felt very relaxed and at home.
My only niggle was that the bed (which was very comfy) was two singles linked together and there was a big gap between the mattress and the headboard, which wasn’t attached to the frame. It didn’t stop us sleeping well though and was only a tiny thing which could be easily sorted.
Would definitely stay again- a really brilliant place!

This is a very pleasant and attractive B&B in a very convenient location in the centre of Lyme Regis. It is at the top of steep hill which is the main shopping street, and there is also a steep route down to the Cobb (the historic harbour area). The room was very pleasant- themed as the “Reading Room”. It was comfortable, with a small but adequate en-suite, chairs and a table. Complimentary tea and coffee was provided - both Nespresso-style and Filter - together with a range of drinks and snacks for sale. Breakfast is delivered in a hamper around 8 am and on both days was an excellent mix of savoury and sweet with fruit, muesli and yoghurt. I would have welcomed a description of the food provided, as it was obviously gourmet fare. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for its location, ambience, food and comfort. Staff were friendly and helpful and the booking and checkout were simple and quick.

Do not stay in The Hunting Suite! Although I can't fault the suite itself, as it was very clean, spacious and well stocked, our stay was ruined by the noise from other rooms/guests. Being on the ground floor and the bedroom being right by the entrance, we were disturbed until late into the night and early in the morning. We could hear every footstep from the guests staying in the two rooms above us, their conversations, snoring and more intimate goings on! Not pleasant! I didn't sleep for the two nights we stayed there which was really frustrating.
The breakfast hampers that are bought to your room are a great idea and very filling. They are pretty average though and the cakes were dry.
Location is great, parking was fairly easy but I can imagine in high season it being a lot harder to find a parking space.
I wouldn't stay at this hotel again but maybe if you get a room on the first or second floors you may get a better nights sleep and a different experience.

Loved our stay. The room was very nice and modern. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee but also their take on a mini bar was really quirky, a little bloody Mary Station set up on the table which I've not seen before. Also, the breakfast hamper delivered to the room in the morning was probably my favourite part. Great location and friendly staff. Thank you!!
