I was expecting a tranquil place as per the review of the other travelers but that I think was to do with the other house Joaquin rents, because this one is by the main road and you hear the cars go by all day and night. The wifi was there but not functioning, and I was told there is no washing machine at the property but I would have an easy access to one, but was not the case as my option was to go to the laundry in town. This was supposed to be a month long stay, without a washing machine and no wifi, by the motorway. I spoke to Joaquin who understoof the issues and we spoke with Holiday lettings and agreed that they would return a huge amount of money I paid for 28 days stay here and Joaquin said to me and the agency that he was happy to get the money for the 3 nights stay as it took me two days to find something else. However now I am finding it hard to get the money back, and Holiday lettings kept saying they want me to release all the money to Joaquin and that he would then return them to me, which just doesn't make sense. Holiday lettings have been completely unhelpful. The phone calls have cost me already in excess of £50, they are yet to call me back when they promise to. Last night I paid roaming charges for a prolonger conversation with Holiday Lettings and the owner when it we agreed I would pay him for the 3 nights and also a cleaning fee, and I would pay 220 euros booking fee (which for a 3 night stay is very expensive) but Holiday Lettings are still not releasing me back my money ! 1705 euros to be precise. Not to mention the cost of all the phone calls I have made and the stress incurred on my long awaited holiday, and the continuing stress and appalling customer services from Holiday Lettings.
