Good 90 minute tour of Nerja on a Segway. Denise was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide who made the whole tour interesting and lively! Learnt a lot about Nerja and the local culture. Even went along the beach!
Highly recommended.

We had planned to go kayaking but the sea was rough so we chose the segway tour as plan B. Our guide was Denisa who was very knowledgeable & friendly. We went to parts of the town that we wouldn't otherwise have gone. This is a fun activity for all the family. I would recommend this experience.

Kevin our guide took us on a 90 minute tour around Nerja. I didn't expect the history lessons, but was a bonus.
Seriously I have no coordination! If I can do it anyone can, it became relaxing after about 10 mins... after knocking over a bike practicing in the alley.
Kev is a fun guy with excellent knowledge and his Lancashire English accent is superb.
Well worth a try. I would do it again in the Uk.

It was our second time in the area of Granada and our plan was to visit the Alhambra on our own. As we could not get any tickets for the Nasid palace (from the website), we were struggeling if we should go visit Granada at all. We were a bit dissapointed as it was a big wish to visit the Alhambra.

One evening we were ambling through Nerja, and found the Play Nerja office with the Alhambra event, which is an unguided Alhambra visit but only in combination with a guided walking tour in Granada.

We have never been doing a guided city tour before, but as it was the only way to get the ticket for the Alhambra including the Nasid palace, we decided to give it a try. Furthermore we decided to book the transport from Nerja to Granada (with the Mercedes van, 8 seats). Booking in the office was easy and uncomplicated.

At the day of the tour we met in Nerja at 9.30 am for departure to Granada with an announced 2-3 stops for seeing the countyside. We did 2 stops, 1 was okish, the second was very nice. After arrival in Granada and were brought to the Play Granada office by a guide (5 minutes walk).

The walking tour started at 12.30, we were only 4 people. The tour was really nice, we visited nice places and our guide Gregor explained history and details very well and we had lot of fun with him.

The tour lasted 2-2,5 hours, we finished it in the Play Granada office where we were then given our tickets for the Alhambra. Gregor gave us good and helpful instructions how to get there and in which order to do the walking tour in Alhambra.

The Alhambra visit took approx. 3 hours, it was fanatastic. We did not chose an audio guide, we just walked through the places to experience the atmosphere.

The pick up was at 19.00 at a hotel very close to the Alhambra. It was not very difficult to find it, but this meeting point is our critism for the tour, it's a 5 star hotel and a beer in the bar is for 4,50 Euro (small) and for 6 Euro a big one (whatever big was...). We went into the bar and after we have seen the prices we went out directly.

The meeting point is the reason why we give the tour only 4 stars instead of 5. It would have been better to meet again in the office and walk the 5 minutes to where we have been dropped off earlier. There we could find much better places to have a beer or any other refreshments.

As a summary, we had an enjoyable day, the travel was easy, the walking tour with Gregor really good with good fun, and the Alhambra visit was incredible.
