Cheap fairly old and need of a refurb hotel. This hotel is not up to a 3 star as the rooms are tired and tatty but kept clean with maid service daily. The food is lacking in choice and not really edible so you can eat salads or snack during the day on burgers etc. Don't buy the wifi package as it only works intermittently and certainly not round the pool. If you are on the 10th floor it can take an age to get a lift as there are only 3 small lifts! Plenty of sun beds but you do have to collect your own plus umbrella each morning. The 2 good points are the sun comes out and the entertainment staff are fantastic if you have children up to about the age of 12. If you are used to a 3/4/5 star this is not for you unless you just want a cheap holiday in the sun!!

rooms are ok but a fridge would be handy to have.
the hotel is in a nice setting but a bit far out from the main resort area were all the bars etc are , but it is quiet for sleeping at night.
restaurant bar and pool area is nicely laid out , can take food drinks etc outside as there are tables and chairs there.
Also there are snacks available during the day and evening including tea and coffee for A/I guests.
This hotel is ok unless you want to be near all the bars and shops etc .

Nice sized rooms, lovely view. There was always a good choice of food, and the entertainment team were absolutely brilliant. Would go here again. It was also good that they opened the restaurant early on a morning so if you had an early flight, you could get something to eat before you left.

Returned with my 16yr old son for 10 days after a 7 day visit with my partner last year. Hotel is very clean and tidy, rooms cleaned daily and grounds immaculate. The hotels best asset however are the entertainments team - Lola, Alberto, Alba and Aitor work extremely hard and always with a smile - it wouldn't be the same without them. My son and I had an amazing time and will definitely be returning - so watch out guys!!!
