We have been travelling Central America for the past 4 months and have not come across good Thai food anywhere. Phat noodle has an amazing menu with authentic Thai options and the food is incredible. The staff are on the ball and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

Came here for dinner as a break from the usual casados (not that I don't absolutely <3 casados, cause boy do I ever.) The space is super cool and chill, giving off a vibe somewhere between southeast Asian street food and a hipster food truck lot. We ordered a spicy margarita, a Thai mojito, tofu pad Thai, and a peanut satay bowl with tofu. Margarita was indeed spicy, but fully drinkable for my "sensitive" (read: kinda wimpy) palate. Thai mojito was tart, minty, and very refreshing. Service was prompt and friendly. Pad Thai was not what I'd call "authentic" pad Thai - the noodles are a bit more like rice fettucine than the thinner rice noodles I'm accustomed to, and the flavor is a little sweeter - but it was delicious, a great blend of sweet and salty with plenty of tofu and a hint of lemongrass. The satay bowl was VERY peanutty, just how I like 'em, and at a "medium" level of spice, had just enough heat to get me sweating a little (well, that and the margarita, and the fact that it was like 28 degrees Celsius outside...) Only thing I'd say about the satay is that next time, I'd probably order it with noodles instead of white rice. There was quite a lot of liquid (curry) and the rice wasn't quite up to the task of soaking it up. That said, maybe you like your curry soupy, in which case, no problem.

Note that the portions here are quite generous. We ordered two entrees for two people with the intent of sharing both, but we honestly could've just split one and been well-fed. We ate it all, though, cause it was taaaaasty and we have no self-control.

No complaints whatsoever about this place. Enormous variety of vegan/vegetarian options, too, as well as gluten-free, so you've got no excuse not to try it. Give the humble casado a well-deserved rest and partake of a nice spicy curry in nice toasty Dominical.

We've eaten here twice and have enjoyed both times very much. They tend to enjoy cooking spicy food, but it's easy to dial it back.

The food was just amazing and even if you kinda feel you are done with your plate, you need to eat everything as it is so delicious! And not to mention the service itself, Pinky was so nice and friendly. Although it takes a little more time than usual to serve the food & bring the beverages, it is all worth it! :) Thanks, the best place ever for Asian food in the country!
