We were in Prescott for the big Corvette show and expected all the restaurants to be packed so made a reservation and Ubered up to the square. Surprisingly, Gurley Grill wasn't very crowded at all at 7pm and no problem finding a table- note- if you choose a booth, you sink down about a foot!

Cocktail service was reasonably prompt- we were a group of 6 and not necessarily seated with spouses, so made it harder for the server to keep track but she did a good job.

Salads, burgers, fish/chips were delivered in good time and were all pretty good. One couple had a birthday and an anniversary so they got a complimentary desert that was shared and we got a couple more that were all very tasty.

We'll go back next trip. Overall good, reasonably priced and good service.

Gurley St. Grill is just that a grill. The service was outstanding, of course there weren't than many people there but none the less we were made to feel welcome. Simple eats with a good selection of different styles. I had a very good cheeseburger and my wife has a dish called Southwestern Corn Fritters. It is listed as an appetizer but it would take someone with a big appetite to eat this dish and then something behind it. This was our first visit to Gurley St. Grill but it won't be our last.

Stopped off for some dinner here. Service was good, daily specials on drinks. Had the pulled pork sandwich - meat was savory, BBQ sauce was tangy and not too sweet. haystack onion rings were great. Would go back again.

This gal who bartends here is one of the best in town. She'll come up with ideas to satisfy everyone and is on top of things. Food is good and so are the drinks. Beer is in a nice cold glass.

We stopped for the breaded zucchini and mushrooms and some refreshing beer. This historic sightseeing can make a cowboy thirsty! Fun old building, it dates from 1901 aftr the big fire burned down the previous structure. Supposedly, there is a spirit who arranges cups and makes a small nuisance of himself but, no spotting of him on this rip.

The history, stories, and character of these old buildings makes Prescott a true gem .. or maybe that should be a piece of gold.
