The views were spectacular. It appeared our crew was a bit short staffed. We were the last up in the air and it appeared they had difficulty with the set up. Once up in the air we all had a great time. The fire was HOT! It would have been helpful to have been told about the amount of heat coming off the fire and to bring a hat or a long sleeve shirt etc. The landing was a bit rocky. Again a warning about the reality of it would have been helpful.
Overall, this was a great experience and happy we used this company. Our driver was great and very funny.
The trip was majestic and everyone working for this company was top notch, from the van drivers to the pilots. Our pilot had 43 years of experience and he was super informative. We had a relaxed experience and even our windy landing just added to the fun! The champagne breakfast was an awesome touch as well. I highly recommend using this company.

Morning balloon ride with Captain John was phenomenal. I was incredibly nervous but John’s expertise was tangible and I felt so much better knowing he’s been doing this for many decades. The ride was smooth and the rise in elevation was comfortable. The brunch in the desert was a great addition and we had an excellent conversation with other guests and Captain John.
