We spent an amazing seven days at beautiful Seabreeze Resort. We were greeted at the airport with gorgeous fresh leis, cold face washers and cold bottled water. The airconditioned van very welcoming on our one and a half hour drive to the resort. We were greeted by lovely Stuart and his wonderful staff. A gorgeous beach villa with amazing views of the lagoon and pool and a welcoming sea breeze awaited us. Days were spent around the resort swimming and eating and of course relaxing in the hammock enjoying a cold wine or beer which was replenished daily in our bar fridge. Delicious cuisine is served in the restaurant and yummy pizzas available Saturday and Sunday lunch and a fun time at happy hour around the pool. Friday night is their Samoan fifia night not to be missed. A beautiful beach close by as well as the famous To Sua Ocean Trench. We hired a car and checked out the rest of the Island. Cannot recommend this resort highly enough. Thank you to all the Seabreeze family for seven fabulous days spent in Paradise.

Romantic, clean, outstanding service, delicious food, often live music for dinner. We had a wonderful time at Sea Breeze. Stuart the manager is doing a great job and the Sea Breeze team took care of us very friendly and lovely. They showed us a little bit of their culture and how they prepare a meal for celebrating. We are very sad that it is so far away from home as we would like to stay there many times more.

Talofa valued guest.

We are over the moon that you enjoyed the magic of Seabreeze. Luxury comes in many ways but as you pointed out, our staff will go out of their way to make sure your stay is unbelievable, and as tears fall as we say goodbye with our farewell songs we feel a sadness as we had such a short time together sharing our little piece of Paradise.

We really do feel so proud to know that we delivered on our commitment to provide you an exceptional stay in a stunning location with high end facilities. Samoan hospitality is a huge part of the culture here, and together with incredible national pride our staff are amazing at what they do and I will certainly pass on your thanks.

Our talented chef’s are so important to our success, their creativity & vision to conjure up spectacular dishes are always a thrill. We believe an extensive A la carte menu is important but with daily specials and our Chefs willingness to create one off dishes like our special seafood platter with incredibly fresh local seafood your choices are many.

We would love you to return, so when the time comes let us know & we'll add the "returning guest bonus" to your booking and welcome you back with the same dancing, singing and enthusiasm that you previously experienced.

We just spent the last week soaking up the sun in the honeymoon villa and it was quite simply like a dream!! Very comfortable room, breathtaking views, service with a smile and adventurous nearby. This is a small resort and so beautifully quiet and relaxing. We loved the culture display and the boys sining most nights at the restaurant with the Guitar.
Stuart the manager is very knowledgeable and has wonderful suggestions on what to do both near and far.
The massage was blissful, so good we booked again!!
Thank you Seabreeze for a wonderful experience xx

Talofa Patrick and Kat.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are so happy we managed to make your dreams of a relaxing getaway, with breathtaking views come true.

The honeymoon villa is really easy to fall in love with, designed with the WOW Factor in mind it has incredible views from the deck and of course that shower. Almost completely sounded by water and nature, you are compelled to relax and enjoy that quality time we all need.
I will pass your praise to our masseuse; she really is amazing. Her hands work wonders reliving the pressures of western stresses and preparing you for a relaxing laid-back Samoan lifestyle, with the sound of the waves in the background we guess you succumbed to a way of life others only dream of.

I am glad I could give you some hints and tips of things to do during your stay, being the closest resort to To Sua trench and the incredible hidden gem of Vavau beach we are very fortunate to be in walking distance to both. A short meander through some beautiful villages is also one of the highlights for our guests so they can see how the Samoans live and often have friendly interactions with them as they pass by. Exploring our historical Coastline by kayak is also a must, I try to explain that some places are not accessible by car & kayaking to deserted beaches is really an experience that should not be missed.

A “Wonderful Experience” is what we do well, out ultimate aim is to take the ordinary & replace it with extraordinary.

We hope to see you both again soon.

Arrived on the “red-eye” flight from Sydney. Met at the airport by very friendly staff from Sea Breeze. Vehicle was clean, comfortable and the water and cool towels were appreciated. Trip from the airport takes approximately 1 1/2 hours but we knew this beforehand. Room not ready when we arrived but again, we knew this would be the case. Received a warm welcome and was made comfortable until our fare was available. Beautiful views over the ocean and a lovely lagoon to swim and snorkel in. No,not much to do other than laze around - which is EXACTLY what we wanted. Bonus that there are no kids. I am astonished at some of the reviews complaining about lack of activities or distance from shops etc. People need to do their homework! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Again, I cannot believe some comments re cost or quality. The costs are comparable to any resort of this standard or any restaurant of this type. We had a wonderful time doing nothing. Staff are beautiful and gentle Samoan people who will do their best to make the experience pleasurable for you. In my view, if you can’t be happy here then stay home because you probably wouldn’t be happy anywhere! We will be back😀

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience of your recent stay at Seabreeze.

We understand that Seabreeze is not for everyone and being small our activities are based around the ocean & culture, providing a laid back, relaxing environment for guests to unwind & enjoy. For those wishing to explore we have hire cars on site or you can enjoy one of our guided customized tours that gives you an insight into our culture, history & lifestyle, or for guests like yourself, you can explore the nearby coastline by Kayak or enjoy a walk to to Sua's trench or do absolutely nothing :)

As you are aware we are isolated & surrounded by mother nature, this is why we work so hard on providing great dining options with our hard working chefs eager to please and adapt the menu to meet guests individual needs. We will pass on your kind words to all our lovely staff at the next meeting.

Seabreeze really is a magical place ( yes we are a bit biased ) and making our guests stay memorable is our main goal, so thrilled we succeeded in your case.

Really looking forward to welcoming you back one day.

Till then Alofas from Wendy, Chris & your Seabreeze Family.

We had almost non-stop rain whilst we were at Seabreeze, which was unfortunate as there isn't much to do in the area apart from walk to To Sua trench. Hiring a car from the resort was WST200 so too expensive to do for more than a day or so. The resort itself is fairly well appointed for Samoan standards, though we did find having the kettle/fridge facilities in the bathroom next to the toilet a bit strange.

Unfortunately the food let the resort down - and the closest alternative option is about twenty minutes by car so you're a bit trapped.

Pricing was more than what I would have expected to pay, even by Auckland standards. With a very basic prawn salad consisting of tomatoes, prawns and icebeg lettuce costing over NZ$28.

I have food allergies, and in spite of informing management and asking the restaurant staff a number of times as politely as I could, I still ended up with feta & yogurt on my 'dairy free' salad, and was ill on numerous days due to gluten appearing in my 'gluten free' meals. I don't think the restaurant staff understood what gluten or dairy is to be honest. The coffee at breakfast was also more medicinal than enjoyable.

The saving grace for Seabreeze was the staff, who were genuinely friendly throughout our visit.

Thank you for informing us of the issues you had during your stay, I really wish you had brought this to my attention while you were still with us, it really is a shame as we could have fixed this straight away. We were aware of your allergies as were our Kitchen and floor supervisors. We often have resort guests and outside guests with the same allergies as yourself and therefore our kitchen is fully prepared to cater for gluten and dairy free guests. We have Gluten free flour, bread, Tofu and special gluten free soy sauce amongst other accompaniments as well as Soy or Almond milk to avoid any adverse reactions, with dairy free. In fact we do go to great lengths to ensure all allergies are Noted once we were informed of them, supervisors & head chefs are briefed and we then issue Notices for the kitchen and bar to red flag your room to ensure you are catered for. We have looked into this carefully & can only imagine it was a language barrier issue or a junior member of the floor staff that had attended to you, but we urge any guests to ask for a Supervisor if they feel their order is not being understood.

On a positive note, I am glad to hear you liked your room and the standard we keep here at Seabreeze, we maintain our rooms all year to keep them looking great for our guests. Our Tea/Coffee making facilities are within the bathroom / wet area but as the toilet is in a separate room to the rest of the bathroom with its own door this meets with health & safety guidelines and provides access to a sink for easy filling of appliances. We all did try hard, to make sure your stay the best it could be, you might remember I personally brought you Almond milk for you to have in your room for your tea and coffee and we had Gluten free treats with your complimentary mini bar each night.

I note your comments on costs of meals, unfortunately we freight an awful lot of produce from New Zealand and good produce is not cheap on Island, but to give our guests the best dishes we need to provide our talented chefs the best produce , but the resort prices are in keeping with other resorts of our standard on the Island.

Ahh the dreaded rain, we are lush & green, in the tropics & I’m afraid no holiday is the best in the rain, I remember that we did have 2 or 3 days of rain during your stay, but we do have options to explore when the weather is inclement, and often as the Island is so large the weather can be totally different on the other side & vice versa . With car hire on site, customized tours or beautiful walks through interesting villages greeted by happy locals or a long stroll down a white sandy beach entwined with natural jungle, this is Seabreeze but I understand that those looking for more of a town life might not enjoy our piece of Paradise as much as others.

Thank you for choosing Seabreeze, I will pass on your thoughts to our amazing staff.

Again we are really disappointed that we did not exceed your expectations, and thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate all feedback.

What a little gem in the South Pacific! Stunning location, fabulous rooms (beachfront & honeymoon suites even better!) and terrific menu from a unique restaurant. Couldn't ask for more, hospitality and inclusions are great. Worth planning a stay to include Friday night's cultural feast and dances by enthusiastic staff & locals. Well done, you deserve all the awards you receive.

Room tip: If the budget allows, go for the beachfront or honeymoon suites, well worth it

Talofa Tosh T

Thank you for your kind words of support and Compliments on our "Stunning Location and Fabulous Rooms".

Yes own awards, especially our latest award of " Oceania's Most Romantic Resort 2019" was received with great pride. We are truly honoured at succeeding in providing a stunning environment where romance can flourish and as Samoa's only 18+ Resort Seabreeze is giving couples a unique waterfront location to enjoy a child free environment.

We will pass on your kind words to our kitchen & Restaurant staff. Our Fia Fia Night along with our new "Umu Fale" has become a great place to share an insight in to how we create local specialty dishes that have been prepared in the same way for centuries. With Western cooking methods unable to replicate the smokey flavours that the Umu conjures up, the tasting of traditionally cooked food along with an night of cultural entertainment is often seen as the highlight of our guest stay.

Thank you for choosing Seabreeze for your Island escape, hope to have you back one day.

Alofas Wendy, Chris & our Seabreeze Family.
