We decided to get away from the hustle and bustle of Auckland for the Easter break and wanted somewhere warm to relax and unwind.
We couldn't have chosen a better destination than Seabreeze. From the moment we were collected from the airport - the refreshing face towels and chilled water was a lovely touch - to the moment we left the staff looked after us and made sure we had an enjoyable stay. They are a real credit to the resort.
The rooms were well laid out and a good size, and the complimentary mini bar was restocked each night with a drink of your choice and a small snack. Again a nice touch.
The on-site restaurant serves a wide range of food that should cater for all tastes. I was hooked on the home made fish fingers appertiser. There is even a wood-fired pizza oven that gets fired up on weekend lunchtimes.
The pool and beach are immaculate and there are kayaks and snorkelling gear available to borrow. Admittedly the snorkelling from the resort wasn't great but there are other spots a short drive away that I'm told were much better. That said, there was enough interest for me to happily while away an hour or so and avoid having to hire a car.
This was our first trip to Samoa and after staying in Seabreeze I can say with certainty that we will be back!
