Traveling from Buenos Aires to Puerto Madryn with an overnite stop in Bahia Blanca.
Victors is what I call your typical Argentina steakhouse: where the locals eat, good food at lower prices than B Aires & no cubierto(silverware/bread fee). We arrived at 8:30pm on Wed nite and only 4 other customers, but as we left at 10pm, 50 people. They hold 150. Lomo(not filet, but good sirloin) 360p, Bife de Chorizo 340p(strip steak with fat on edges), Coke 55p, Bottled water 60p & lots of bread! Total was 815p.This equal to $23US...WOW! So we left an 85p tip which was equal to $2.40US as exchange rate was 35.5:1. Waitress was very pleasant but no English, so point! We love Argentina!!!
