Nice building in a good place ( down town) in Bahia Blanca( Argentina) but a very bad service. The breakfast is horrible! Only one person for all the people of the hotel. Rate of the hotel is high like a five star hotel.

The hotel is modern and rich of each service from gymnasium, to the swimming pool, to restaurant .
The staff is kindle and friendly user, the general cleaning service is effective, the room was big and silence. The service of cleaning room was good. The brakfast was enought and in line with the hotel level

Hi all
Ok hotel but many little thinks can by better here :). In overall comments it’s ok rooms but it’s long time not renovated,very dark and view from window..look your self. It’s my first time in Argentina and South America what I know from locals is one of the best hotels :). Food is very good. I will recommend this hotel. Room in in use condition sorry for mess :))

The hotel is nice, big rooms, good breakfast. Staff is friendly and the location is good, near to some few good options for craft beer and restaurants. Garage is quite small, but at least is covered. Should try the medallion de Lomo, great beef

This hotel is nice for bahia blanca standard.So if you look for nice place in bahia blanca this hotel is ok,but if you asess the hotel in according to universal criteria it is average.
Rooms are clean,but smell smoke! Personal are nice and friendly.Breakfast is average.

I first stayed one night in Austral hotel but moved to hotel Land Plaza because of the Austral hotel standard and service. The Land Plaza is a good hotel. Clean rooms, gym, pool and bearable wifi (as opposed to terrible).
All staff spoke good English and the attitude of the staff was excellent. Especially the service in the restaurant where Laura and another girl was very friendly. I only had a hamburger for dinner and some ham and cheese plates with my colleagues; the hamburger is not recommended but the jamon and cheese platter was excellent.
This is the hotel of my choose I'm Bahia. Very good.
