Although the location of the hotel is great and offers a good Internet service, I had some disappointments. When I booked it, the offered room had air conditioned but it was not, I could only cool down the room by opening the balcony at the times when I was actually in the room. The street is very noisy and thus I had to choice between cooling the room or resting. The mattress was really uncomfortable. The rooms do not have any furniture for clothes, there are only hangers to hang everything in the wall. I'm always worried about security, so, I didn't like the lack of furniture. The bathroom is incredibly small. The breakfast wasn't good, they offered in the booking an American breakfast with ham and cheese, but I didn't see any of them. I have to highlight the arrogance of the people they serve. Only a man in the reception was kind with me. The rest of the staff were very rude. The girl in charge of the bar, very mean. Finally , I've been in many one-star hotels that are much better than this one. The price / quality balance is not good. I don't recommend it.

We had little time (before getting on a bus) to make a reservation for a hotel in bahia blanca. This hotel was the only hotel available at booking.com We received confirmation by the hotel, promising a smoke-free room with private balcony. When we got there, the room was obviously a smoke-room and instead of a balcony we had a view on a blind wall.

The room was a cell-block with old and dodgy carpet. Complete lack of decoration and atmosphere. The bathroom was tiny and basic.

Matress was ok, but pillow very soft. Breakfast was typical argentinian, with croissants, toast, jam, cheese, ham, instant juice. They call it 'American breakfast'...

Service by reception staff was good, made apologies, gave discount on the room and helped us out with a busticket.
