We stayed in Villa Helios (six adults and two childrem - three and six) earlier this month and we honestly couldn't fault it.
They arranged a return transfer for us and it was seemless. A large minibus was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and returned to collect us when we had to go home.
The villa itself was more than big enough for eight people and was fitted to a very high standard. I am very fussy but everything we needed for our stay was available to us, including a separate wine fridge and water cooler which saved space in the fridge for the food.
My husband and I shared the top floor with our two young children and it felt like we were in our own separate apartment. We had our own bathroom as did my parents and my sister and brother-in-law, so no queying for the shower. There was also a separate downstaits toilet which was perfect for during the day.
The pool is much larger than other villas and because the complex is gated and has 24 hour security (not that we needed it), we felt very secure. There is a small supermarket about a 10 minute walk away where we purchased our water and bread every morning but for a larger shop, there is a small Carefour supermarket 5 minutes drive away in a taxi.
We didn't hire a car and we didn't really need to. We ate out every other night in Belek and whenever we needed a taxi to go out, we called their number and they arrived ten minutes later. They never took payment there and then and always asked us to call them when they wanted to go back to the villa and they arrived almost immediately. Perfect service.
Marina looks after the villa and also lives on the complex which is handy and she answered all my emails straight away which was amazing.
The only comment I would make (and it is only very small), is that it would have been easier to have had fly screens on the doors so that we could have kept them open for a breeze, without letting in the cats who also live on the complex. As much as the cats were lovely and not a problem at all, we didn't want them in the villa which meant that we had to keep the doors shut during the day. We made the mistake of leaving them open on our first day and found one cat in the bin and one with a loaf of bread on the floor, so we quickly learnt to shut the doors.
However, a perfect villa and one that will be hard to match. We woud definitely like to return (again, something that we don't normally do).
