Service excellent, location fantastic, views spectacular, food great. Even when we had to leave early due to personal reasons they left us a parcel with some baked goodies for the road.
Only negative - the morning we wanted to leave early they hadn't restocked the coffee pods in the room and we couldn't find any coffee or cups before we left. Otherwise wonderful stay.
The food was fantastic, the staff were all very warm and welcoming and OMW what a view of the Knysna Heads! What a memorable time this was! Margaret, well done on managing this wonderful place, my wife and I had a great time here!
Outstanding! A truly magnificent establishment with incredible views and friendly and professional staff. The highlight of my visit was actually interacting with the staff and the owner is the comfort of the downstairs bar, while watching the Springboks beat the All Blacks. Memories that I will cherish. Highly recommend!

The room with its awesome view fantastic decor and spacious luxury had everything you could possibly need
We made use of the movie theatre A great selection of the latest movies and got popcorn and hot chocolate served to us
The restaurant had an awesome view and the food was so delicious and a great variety available
When in Knysna would definitely stay here again
