We had a wonderful stay. The staff gave us the perfect balance of attention and privacy. The food and ambience were phenomenal and we have since recommended this hotel to many friends. We will definitely return. Thank you

Mount Knysna Boutique hotel is a great property. The service is amazing. The food at the restaurant is delicious. They display the breakfast beautifully for each table. It is located in a nice and quite neighbourhood.

Taryn was the perfect host after I stayed at Mount Knysna for a medical procedure. She went beyond the call of duty to make my stay comfortable, even taking me to the hospital and delivering flowers to my doctor after my departure. There is nowhere better to stay if you need this level of specialized care, customized meals and services in beautiful surroundings with stunning views of the Heads from your convalescent bed. The whole team also made it easy for my friend to work from the facility by providing him with a work space where he could do all of his online lectures and meetings in a quiet, professional and comfortable environment. Thank you Taryn, didn’t think anything could be better than the views but you proved me wrong!

We had a very memorable stay, facilities are five star. The service was out of this world, everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. The views are spectacular. Food was delicious and breakfast fit for a king.

Wish we had stayed here, but fortunately came here for dinner. WOW! What an amazing evening. Owners were so welcoming and truly excited to have us join them. Sat on the pool deck and watched the sunset and then moved inside for a fabulous dinner. Food and service were perfect. Would love to go back and stay here next trip!!!

Starters were
1. Brilliant. Beef carpacio at its best!
2. Just OK. 3 tiny cubes of a SMALL camembert. Tasted good.
3. Pepper flambe steak with chips. Hubby said VERY GOOD.
4. CONFIT DUCK. Dry and unappetising. A MOUNTAIN of red cabbage!!
5. Husband's dessert
Royco packet chocolate pudd8bg with a squirt of canned cream and 2 fresh raspberries and 2 fresh blackberries l.
The bill. EXHORBITANT for mediocre food. We will NOT be back.
