The staff, the place, the food, accommodations and the game drive. Everything was perfect. This was a 10/10 trip with extraordinary views and people. This is definitely a MUST.

Review of Kapama Southern Camp

The Southern Camp experience was beyond our expectations. After staying at Karula last year we were excited to try a new property at Kapama but still nervous. The Southern Camp was gorgeous and villas superb but the best thing was the people who worked there. Every single person from maintenance to cleaning to dining to bar service to kitchen to store to greeters/office were OUTSTANDING! Every time we visit South Africa we go home telling all about how friendly the people are and the staff of Southern Camp are at the top! Can’t wait to return again!

Kapama staff are amazing, from the time they pick you up from the plane to the time they wave you farewell. Kapama is an experience that is like no other!

Superb facility. Great location, Awesome food, thrilling game drives, Friendly service. A must visit. I am certainly recommending it to my friends and family for a memorable stay at Kapama Southern Camp.

We had a great time at Kapama - location, food, lodging and game viewing - everything was perfect. The property is beautiful, the service impeccable and truly warm hospitality. We were fed until we could eat no more, there was housekeeping services several times a day, there was wifi all over the property (except the boma) and the beds were super comfortable. Overall, we were spoilt rotten and miss the luxurious comforts already!
Room tip: Bring layers - safaris get chilly! Remember to cover ears as it gets windy. Bring hats / sun vizer and plenty of sunscreen.
