We stayed at Kuname lodge for two nights. From the moment the we arrived every need was taken care of. Anita and Andre were always on hand if we needed something and they made sure that we were well looked after. We visited all the lodges while were were at Karongwe and were amazed by the high level of hospitality that every staff member showed. We are looking forward to sending our guests to Karongwe. We know they will be looked after.

We have stayed at the Kuname for 3 nights, and we have spent a perfect time there. A confortable room tidied twice a day, excellent food, a very kind personnel. Two safaris a day, one at 5,30 am and one at 4 pm. An unforgettable experience in the wilderness which we owe to Mosco, the tracker, and Adolph, the driver. we forgot the time for 2 days and we were carried away by the beauty of nature and animals, we enjoyed the lodge, the outdoor bath, the terrace overlooking the savannah, night cries of a lion as a bonus

Kuname Lodge is picturesquely poised above a river (it was dry at the time we visited, but we watched many animals walking along the riverbed). Everyone, from the housekeepers and kitchen staff to the guides and trackers provided excellent service. Within a few days, we had seen "the big five" and learned a great deal about the ecology of the area.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Kuname and we can’t wait to go back! We saw 4 out of the big 5 and managed to get so close to the animals! Our safari guide Adolph and our tracker Eddy were so much fun and we’re simply excellent. The lodge and the room were done up beautifully. The decor is amazing, classy yet homely. You feel like it’s your home in Africa! The staff were so wonderful and friendly. The food was delicious! It was one of our favorite trips ever. We are already trying to plan our trip back next year!
