I enjoyed most things about this hotel. The only let down was the cold hot breakfast. I loved kids club , it gives adults a chance to relax. I will definitely go again

Service was excellent, rooms were comfortable and clean and staff knowledgeable and accommodating. We were provided with packed breakfasts and tried the restaurants. Food was tasty and reasonable.

We booked in last minute after a bad experience with one of the private lodges, the staff at Radisson couldn’t do enough for us, they made up our room for our honeymoon with snacks and wine while we waited.
Special thanks to Eric at the bar for service with a smile despite my bad mood
They helped with car hire and the vehicle was delivered to the hotel the following morning
Good breakfast too
A very easy 5 Stars
Room tip: Get to dinner early or book a table as the restaurant can be very busy

We had a wonderful stay for a few nights, we were busy with day activities but wish we had more time to spend at this beautiful hotel. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and made the stay. Especially our waiter Magy, such a beautiful lady. We will miss you Magy! very personal experience.
We will reccomemd this stay to friends and family and hope to have the chance to come back and stay.

Perfect location, beautiful place, the decoration excellent, the garden beautiful and peaceful, value for money. I will recommend to every person I come across, peace of mind. The food and the rooms out of this world. The different types of tea's they offer very unique, love them so much

We absolutely loved our time at the hotel! It had everything we needed, and we had such a great time there. The rooms were really clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic, and even our son couldn't get enough of it. He had so much fun that he kept saying he wanted to stay for 1000 days to show how much he enjoyed it!
Room tip: Please have alternative pillows. The current ones are too soft, and I personally couldn't sleep comfortably. But my wife experience was diff
