The service was good and eric the bar man was phenomenal and maggy was amazing

This hotel is perfectly situated a quick distance from Kruger and its beautiful surroundings. Lovely rooms and there are private rooms available away from the main areas. Amazing outdoor pools, spa, and gym. Two separate restaurants with decent food. Wonderful staff and a very peaceful place.

Please try and improve the treatment of government related booking as I was given a tough time when checking in and at times felt very odd when one staff member wanted me to pay from my pocket when i had a travel voucher. Let the staff members be in the know that all government employees in South Africa use vouchers so that you do not lose clients from that sector. The hotel is strategic for conferencing and meetings for the government sector as despite the location catering for tourist from outside South Africa.
