We stayed at Vuyani for a week earlier this month and the moment we were picked up from the airport the service was flawless. The staff cannot be more attentive, they ensure you are looked after throughout the entire stay, from providing hot towels and a tropical drink upon arrival, to carrying all our bags when checking out.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite with a private deck and plunge pool, which was well utilised when we needed a quiet place to chill out - we even spotted several animals drinking from & roaming around our pool (the giraffe was a real highlight)! The bed was spacious and super comfy, and the WiFi worked very well. The room was always spotless , a big thanks to the ‘cleaning ninjas’ who managed to spruce up our rooms several times a day without us seeing them! Our mini bar was re-stocked daily which was greatly appreciated in 37° heat…

The food was amazing, it is clear the chefs are passionate about what they are making, and they cater to requests. We had a private candlelit dinner one evening, I’d highly recommend this for couples, it was exclusive, romantic and the setup was stunning.

We had 2 game drives per day, our guide and tracker (Jannie and Cyril) really made our whole experience. Jannie was so knowledgeable and could answer any question, his passion for wildlife and his job is clear. We spent most of our game drives laughing, due to Jannies brilliant sense of humour and random facts! We stopped in the morning for coffee and biscuits, and in the evening for a ‘sundowner’ gin and tonic with snacks, which was a fab way to enjoy the stunning sunsets and chat to other guests.

Vuyani arranged a few excursions for us during our stay, with a highlight being the picnic in the bush - enjoying a charcuterie platter and a bottle of wine in the wild. We would also recommend the elephant experience and animal rehab centre, which was an eye opening experience.

Had the most amazing Safari experience staying at Vuyani VIP lodge. We had amazing manager, chef and staff. All our needs were well catered for and nothing too much trouble. The lodge was well appointed and always spotlessly clean.
We had 2 safari drives every day. Our driver and spotter were so knowledgeable about all the animals, birds and even insects. We learnt so much and also in a fun way. It can be cold first thing in the morning and on the drive back in the evening, so layering clothes is a good tip.
We will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff, the attention to detail is amazing, nothing is too much trouble, the game drives are amazing, the accommodation is excellent, very clean. A big thank you to everyone there for making our experience special, can't remember all their names, but in particular Bennete, Godsave, Witness, Chriswell, Stephen, Andrews, Franklin, Rusell and Alyssa.
